Power board rebuild question

Hi all
Just finishing up rebuilding my 2245 power supply board and just replaced H810 as the first transistor to be pulled.

Now when I power on via DBT the relay kicks in almost immediately where previously it took around 3 seconds. Is this normal? Cheers

No..Triple check your transistor pin out. Currently installed transistor H810 ,is shorted emitter connection to collector connection.

Check your solder connections for solder bridges.

Resolved. Classic user error despite checking ECB/EBC orientation of pins 17 times I still got it wrong.
