Prosonic- Who made it?

Was in a thriftstore this morning.....saw a very nice Prosonic Silver Faced receiver and amp....looked similar to my larger Yamaha 1970's silver faced amps + receivers I have. They were asking $40.00 for the pair in mint shape. I was wondering if anyone had any info on Prosonics? I ended up walking out with a nice Luxman l-235 amp & t-215l tuner for $70.00.

I think Prosonic is a Korean brand.
The Luxman pair is nice. I have an L430 and T240 tuner, very similar to yours.
