Quake in California

Hey guys... they are talking bout an earthquake in California measuring 6.5 that occurred a little earlier.

We have quite a few AK members over there... Steve D. and Eric H. just to name a couple. Hope you guys are all okay over there!

They are reporting modest damage in a sparsely populated area of central CA, close to the coast. If I heard correctly - they are expecting to see a measurable increase in the height of some of the surrounding mountains as a result of the quake. Wow

I didn't feel it, i was asleep, home sick from work today.

Cool... glad it wasn't enough to rattle any vintage sets!

Now CNN is reporting at 3 least killed in the quake. The modest damage is looking more significant now that they are getting into the areas hardest hit.
