Got a Sansui 9090 that may need a little help. I am located in the DFW area and was hoping y'all could give me some places. I can drive 5+ hours with no issues. I heard about Many Moons in NE Oklahoma but I thought I heard about a good guy who was near the Texas Oklahoma border but cannot remember the name. Any advise is appreciated.

Also, you can reach out to AKer footfungus (he's in Plano) who may or may not be offering his repair services any longer. If he is, that's the guy you want to go with.

The only person I know of near the Texas Oklahoma border is in McKinney and I'm pretty sure he only works on tube equipment.

Might this be the guy mentioned in your previous thread

Thanks, Lauten Electronics was the guy I was thinking of. You guys rock. Hopefully I can figure it out myself but if not he is a lot closer than north of Tulsa.

Many Moons does good work, but he's usually got a pretty good backlog of jobs. If you're not in a terrible hurry, I still recommend him. Hope you can find something closer.

Hi Fidelity use to be a great place in Lubbock.. Don't know much about Amarillo and Oklahoma City any more. But I haven't been there in 15 years to know if they still are in business..It was the company that sold all the Furrs cafeterias their sound systems using Mcintosh amps, ADS and Bozak speakers.
