This hobby is turning out to be really bad for my back.
I pulled a muscle heaving a set of NHT 2.5i's.
No sooner do I recover than I mess it up again trying to get an apparently lead-filled R2R out of the back of the wagon and hefting 50 LPs of long distances. (w)ow!
Woe is me, right?
ity:
Seriously tho, I'm actually beyond excited about these recent acquisitions -- practically dazed. Can barely believe it!
I looked through a one owner collection of what must have been 300-400 classical LPs (about half of what was there; I missed the classic rock & jazz stuff).
The fellow selling was very generous, wanted to see these go to a good home and see his garage get cleaned up a bit.
I could only afford so much but here's what I got for a buck a pop... (had to share with *someone* since my wife classifies this and the R2R in the same bucket as the LaserDiscs I used to have...)
Whew! Like i said, dazed. I have enough new music to last quite awhile... yet I may go back for more!
After my back recovers
Michael
