MM (Midi Master [monitor]) was the first 3A model with direct coupled main driver. It sold very well around the world. Studio Master, Royal Master are all variations and MM De Capo-I is the latest reincarnation of this model.

I believe you have a great, older speaker there. The current versions are very highly regarded and have won many awards. Rather efficient. The current vesrions go for around $2500.00 a pair.
 
The Veena is the smallest of the Reference floorstanders, at 36" tall, and is somewhat comparable to your Master M1 speakers. The Veenas list at about $3500/pair.

I've heard the Veena and the Grand Veena. Amazingly musical.
 
I was under the impression that they were a french company. A canadian connection especially if quebecien (is that a word?) wouldn't be surprising. A enterprising and inventive company.
 
That's news to me, though I lost track of them back in the 90s. Thanks for the correction.
