sansui 4000 vs au 666

I just got sansui au 666 amp.
And right now i have fully restored sansui 4000
will there be any improvement If i waste my time :) and restore au 666
And i like to know how 7900 will compare to those amps

Right now my speakers are marantz hd 770
but if i am lucky i will soon get acoustic research ar 2ax

I can't tell you how the au 666 will compare to the 4000 but it would be unfair to compare a restored unit to one that's not.fwiw I have a au 666that I love and has not been been restored using it with a pair of radford transmission line speakers.they are a great amp and I will hang onto mine until I'm buried .:yes:
