Sansui AU-D5 audio drop

Hi,
I once again have a problem with my AU-D5...
After I cleaned it all with Servisol Super 10 and Deoxit Faderlube (thanks for the infos it worked great), I started listening to some music...
Everything works fine for about 4-5 minutes, then the audio drops and I can only hear the music at low volume.
I then power the amplifier off and on again at it starts working. After 4-5 minutes I get the same problem once again.
It is getting frustrating.... if you have any solutions post them

Sounds like dirty relay contacts.

Can you post the serial number for the database? Click the link in my signature block.

If you can find the relay, when the audio drops - give the relay a sharp tap with the handle of a screwdriver - if that restores the output then this test makes it much more likely to be a relay issue - not 100% but almost.
