SCA-35 control pot values

So I picked up an SCA-35 recently and the volume pot is a little wonky at mid way ...the balance is wonky at both extremes. The manual and schematic only list the part #s and not the valurs. Anyone help me out?

The manual i have says : volume 250kohm, balance 750k
For completeness : treble =500k, bass=2M

The hum-control pots 1k each

This one has a loudness tap? Is that why it has the extra solder taps?

Yes, you need 4 taps per side.
If you skip loudness there seems to be plenty supply...
