Schwinn Wayfarer 7 Speed Bicycle

Does anyone know the manufacture dates of the Wayfarer? There is one for sale on CL listed as vintage 70's. I did some research and all I could find are brand new or dating back to only 2011.

I'm not familiar with this particular bike, but I can tell you it's not vintage 1970's.

Non-lugged frame, Ashtabula-type crank, seat, and those brakes all suggest an entry-level machine, more likely made within the last 10 or 15 years.
