Setton RS 660 very very hot

Hello everybody, I am doing a Setton RS 660 restoration.
I already changed all electro caps and all transistors, except in the Tuner board.
Clean all the pots, contacts and switches.
I also did the Tyristor mod to the power switch.
This receiver is a pin in ......ss to work in. Even my Pioneer SX 1010 was a piece of cake compared to this one.
It starts, relay turns on etc... secure lights on and I do have sound.
But two things are wrong:
Left channel is way louder than the right and the output transistors are very very hot on both channels.
Does anybody have an idea ?
I apologize for my English !!
Thanks.
Pierre, from France.

Welcome to AK. Sounds like bias is out of spec. I’ve never worked on (or heard) a Setton. I looked at the service manual, and can’t find the procedures, but the voltages are there. Let us know how it turns out.

Beautiful amp, nice work.

By the way, ton anglais est bien meilleur que mon français.

Hello Semanon, thank you for your help.
I did suspect a bias issue (instruction in doc joined).
But I cannot get 50 mV at all, not near, I should changed those pots by new ones.
And try again, I'll do that and get back to you.
But instruction to bias looks weird to me.
Some AK members gives different methode to do it, I am kind of lost.
Your french seems not bad either !!
