Anyone ever deal with Southern Reel to Reel in Jackson, MS? If so, was your experience with them good?

I have an Akai GX-280D-SS that I want to have refurbished. Performance is going downhill pretty fast. Reel Pro Sound Guys in Montana has a good rep, but I'm reluctant to ship my tape deck. I can drive it to Jackson, if SRtoR is a reputable outfit.

Anyone familiar with them?
