Got a pair of general electric speakers..drivers are not general electric. Imho...one tweeter is not working but I think I may have a nice set of drivers..cabs came with no backs. And there is bass..one tweeter that works sounds good. It may be a horn tweeter going to pull tonight.

I think those are GE drivers, according to the code 188 stamped on both of them. The dead tweeter may wake up with a new capacitor. I'd guess they're pretty decent speakers, maybe from the 1950s or early 60s.
 
Looks like I have the blonde model..those hf tweeter are top notch..I need to replace the other one..dead on a meter..these speakers sound great..time for some new caps..thanks for the help guys..
