Speaker ID please

I originally posted this in D&S when this was a CL item, see attachment. They were purchased off that ad by a good friend of mine so they are no longer for sale. Any information on them would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks, actually I have not looked at them or heard them in person yet. I would have never guessed B&W or Fried. I was thinking one of those obscure companies from Southern California that sprung up back in the late 60's, early 70's.
