Super Eleven knobs needed / Power meter question

I recently picked up a Super Eleven and the tuning knob is not the correct one. I am looking for a black one. Alternatively, I was thinking of changing over all of them to silver like on the 11000GX...that would look cool as well.

Even when the volume is turned all the way down, the power meter shows the left channel is putting out and the right channel a little bit less. The sound comes out correctly, the left isn't louder. Any ideas?
