SX-1250 Tone control issues...

I have a SX1250 that I went through and recapped and upgraded the transistors based on the rebuild thread on here. Everything went great except that I now have an issue with the tone control switch. When I switch it to "ON" the right side speaker gets really loud, if I switch it to "OFF" sound goes back to normal. Is this an issue with the EQ board or something else? Anything I should check or replace based on my issues? Thanks

that is a good question, I took my time for sure, but something to check. This would be the EQ board correct?

Most likely whatever board has the tone switch. Probably something in wrong, yes.

Something to consider.
The EQ provides the regulated +-24v for the tone amp.
Make sure you have the correct voltages for those two boards.
The tone board has a ton of components and if I mess up, it’s usually on that board. If it’s not a reversed component, it’s a missed solder connection.
