Yikes..on another forum I frequent (conspiracy) it was suggested that listings like this are related to "silk road" type stuff..something else going on here.

Ive heard of similar listenings where someone will use it as a mechanism to get money out of a restrictive country.
For example if you wanted to get money out of China and into the states.
