Tapatalk error

I am trying to add Audiokarma to my list of forum on my mobile device via tapatalk. Wel, when it tries to connect to the forum, it generates this message:
"Network error, please try again latter. (get_config)"
I have 5 other forums and they work. Is this on purpose or is a config error?

Tapatalk is not supported in the XenForo Forum software.
from all I heard, Tapatalk has serious security issues,
so exposing the forum software to tapatalk vulnerabilities wasn't something they wanted to do.

But honestly - I found the old forum software (VBulletin) was miserable on my iphone -
but the new Forum software looks & works great on my phone!
