Technics Base and Wobble Question

OK - Neuro tech limited cognition here but trying to make simple fix and running through possibilities. I have an SL 1650 and notice modest wobble. Not sure it really affects playback but visually noticeable and bothers me. I tried removing platter and seeing if spindle area needs tightening - not that I could see. Maybe platter itself is issue but hunch is not. I have noticed that bottom base of table seems particularly loose and that pulling it up by gripping sides or pushing down on circular area where arm is seated moves platter appreciably. Is it possible to tighten the bottom base, is it desirable, if so how and might this help? My other Technics tables do not seem to have the same "give" in platter if I do this or at least to this extent. Any advice from the less mechanically challenged?

This particular series has spring suspension and are very desirable for this feature - it helps to reduce the effects of "foot fall" and unwanted "resonance ".

The base sits on four integrated springs and are adjustable with deep socket wrench.

It is possible to tighten the base until there is no gap.

Thanks. Can those springs be adjusted from the bottom of table? If so is it via those four openings I see - one near each foot? Will tightening help balance platter? Is it OK to tighten all way? If so maybe some vibrapods could help with resonance. I do not have the spindles nor would I have use for them -OMG stacking records! But it is a nice table in overall nice shape although not in my rotation right now. Thanks for any other guidance.
