Technics SL-P102 DAC used?

I have a Technics SL-P102 that I like. I've been wondering if this player from 1989 might use an early version of MASH technology? Some Technics players of this vintage use Burr-Brown DACs while some appear to use a 18 Bit (MASH) type DAC. Anybody with knowledge of this here?
