Technics SL-Q202 problems.

Hello !!!! I have a Technics SL-Q202 , the platter spindle, auto return fuction works but STOP function doesent work , very dusty, cleaning and lube advice ? also cue slide switch is hard to move and one hinge is broken (option for replace ?) and the arm clamp broken.
