I have a Technics SLD3 with a fairly new AT95E, a few months ago after about 40 minutes of use it started sounding “scratchy” almost overdriven but quite, I turned it off and came back about an hour later and everything was fine. This happened every so often. I started a record last night and right from the beginning it sounded bad. I changed the input to phono 2 to see if that helped to no avail, so I hooked up a backup table I have to see if it was the receiver and the backup table worked fine. I think may I have some bad transistors , Thoughts or ideas of what it could be would be greatly appreciated. I was leaning transistors gone wrong but want direction before tearing in.
