I took a chance on a C-37 like this and it was going to cost 600.00 to fix it.
Not much they can do on these other than swap high dollar boards. He probably already knows this.

if it was free i would take a chance .. wouldn't waste much time on it though ..have a pile of stuff like that ..it isn't worth fixing if it isn't a simple fix .
 
if you're trying to get it to learn some repair, that'd be one thing.

buying it with the assumption that you WILL fix it, and/or make profit on it, no.

Im "learning" all the time, just bought a 50" vizio plasma tv a few days ago, I still cant figure out whats wrong with it. it might take me years to get that thing running, or never happen at all. it only cost me 25 so i just shrug it off if i cant get it working

I tied into some of the newer stuff.
Actually a decent item.
I managed to "fix" by getting a donor and swapping boards.

Now, I know the power board is bad, and I found a schematic, and I can't make any sense of it.
