I had a very similar one, it had a bunch of very nice 6922 tubes (although probably not $100 worth). I took a few tubes and gave the unit away to a gent who collects them.

You might be surprised at the value of the 6DJ8/6922 tubes found in a lot of those scopes. Plus, they're full of high quality wire-wound resistors, ceramic standoffs, silver-plated tube sockets, good pots, great quality wire, excellent power transformers, etc.
