The Beatles - The Inner Light leads me to Wonderwall

This morning I was listening to The Beatles song "The Inner Light" written by George Harrison and only released on the B Side of the single "Lady Madonna":

Curious I wanted to know more. This song was made while George was recording his soundtrack for a little know movie called the Wonderwall:

A really great soundtrack using local Mumbai, India musicians and a few special guests including Eric Clapton and Peter Took.

I just scored a vinyl copy of Wonderwall Music a couple of weeks ago. Interesting to say the least.:thmbsp:
 
Under-Rated

I was introduced to The Beatles by my seventh-grade English Teacher 36 years ago. As I grew to a more mature appreciation of them - it's become clear just HOW under-appreciated George was (and in a different way - Ringo). He can be just as "deep & profound" as John, with a more elegant, understated approach
 
I am glad to see others are enjoying George Harrison's Wonderwall OST for a long time you would mention George's Wonderwall record, so called Beatles fans would give you a blank stare. The movie is even stranger than the soundtrack. I have my original copy enshrined.

It's very ironic - because this was the 1st release on the newly formed "Apple," as well as the 1st Solo Album of any Beatle.
(...years ahead of the 1970's Lennon/McCartney "Solo Album War")
