To what extent are JBL LE25 and LE26 series tweeters repairable?

Over this summer I redid three different sets of old JBLs, and wound up with a number of extra tweeters that were removed due to damage.

I have one LE25 and one LE26 that are both cosmetically excellent but are completely dead (0 ohms). I assume these would both have shorted or broken voice coils.

I have one LE25 that is totally thrashed cosmetically (crushed dust cap, partially torn away cone) but Ohms out properly.

The last tweeter is another LE25 that the dust cap is so severely pushed in that it is torn open in the middle. The cone is fine, and the driver actually sounds good but I'm not using it for fear of getting any sort of particles inside and causing issues.

Could a good speaker shop (I have one locally) get any or all of these working properly without a huge investment?

I'd be happy to combine the one working but nasty LE25 and the dead but pretty one in order to get a single functioning driver.

I doubt it. Except for the baffle foam, I have always thought those particular tweeters were cheaper to replace than repair. I'm not even sure that anyone recones them. I have bought used ones on eBay and thrown away (sad, but true) some dead ones I had. I also bought one pair of some really nice replicas that are sold on eBay for top dollar, for my 4311Bs.
