Came out in early 1990. Probably not his angriest phase, but definitely his darkest. This was the post-Husker-Du, pre-Sugar era. Powerful, noisy, yet melodic. Highly suggested.

I didn't even know about them until a few years ago myself. Great underrated band. "From the Lions Mouth" is a damn good album, my favorite from them. Awesome you saw them live. Ah, to have been born earlier...

I dig the Specimen Mad Mark. I haven't pulled out the Batastrophe vinyl in a while, but I was listening to Warm Wet Cling-Film Red Velvet Crush last night.

Tonight listening to Cindytalk - Camouflage Heart. Found this one still sealed in thrift. Never heard of it before I picked it up, good listen.
