Transistor Help Needed

I need a favor:

I am restoring a Marantz 2220B and a DENON PMA-1060. Does anyone have the modern transistor equivalents of the following components:

2SC 1509, 2SA 777, WZ-177 and 1S 2471.

If so, that would save a number of hours of sifting through transistor specs that could be used to enjoy music instead.

Thanks in advance.

The WZ-177 is Zener diode, Japanese Zener numbers are easy. The Ws are 1/2W and Bs are 1W. The number is the voltage without a decimal point, so the WZ-177 is a 1/2W 17.7V Zener. Unless you can find THAT Zener an 18V 1/2W should be fine, 1N967B for instance.

For the others just do search in the upper right corner of this page to see what others have used.

Thanks for the fast reply. The rest are not in the "Transistor Replacement Database" which I check often.
