TX9500 left channel out?

Hello
There is a TX9500 for sale at reasonable price but seller says left channel not working. Seems the tuning lights and meters are working. Can I assume that if the problem is common to both AM and FM and is also not functional in FM Mono mode then the problem is after the Tuning circuits? So there is no chance that one of the FM chips is out? Probably a bad component in the post tuner audio circuits?

Bear in mind that the TX-9500 has one of these (ASR-005) on the AF output board:

There are also 2SA725s and 2SC1312s in the audio output path.

thanks the transistors seem to be replaceable or obtainable.
