I still think the issue is with the local USPS based on the "paper" trail.

It's other shippers too. I just went through quite the rigmarole waiting for a UPS shipment of a very expensive gift for my wife. I usually don't notice shipping snafus because I don't care that much about many of the things I order online. When it's a thing I care a lot about, and there is any hitch, I care a LOT! Your turntable is coming, and who knows, maybe somehow you'll wind up with two of them!

I just want to make sure the refund goes through, might take 3 to 5 days? I also want to make sure one does not show up at my door. That appears unlikely but........................Old timer
Still no table?View attachment 1572466 I got my new record, the irony!

Anyway, I called Amazon billing and asked to speak to a supervisor. About 20 minutes on hold! After telling her the sorted story about the lost first table, the apparently lost second table etc., her first question was, “what second table?” Bottom line, when I was told a second table was shipped Monday, that didn’t happen and she was not sure why. The table on my porch was the first one that, for one reason or another, was sent from Redding to Los Angeles, about 500 miles. Then, Thursday, it was sent back 500 more miles to Redding and delivered to my house Friday. The label clearly had my correct address on it. The box took some hits, nothing major externally but enough to cause me concern. It did travel an extra 1k miles. Of course they would gladly reverse the refund. At this point I’m so done with them and the USPS so I requested a return label. That and when I shook the box, there was definitely movement of the contents. That would be the next thing, it would end up being damaged. Not going to open it, just sending it back. Oh, the return label is for UPS, not the Post Office.Well, we all tend to go by our experiences. Mine has been excellent with Amazon and the post office, so I used them wherever possible. The only way I'll deal with FedEx or UPS is if I arrange to pick items up from their local holding station--just had too many issues when letting them try to deliver right to my home.
Check the website. This is listed in the features. "Features internal anti-skate and adjustable counterweight." So it does have anti-skate.I've had the upper tier orbit Walnut, but just sold it. I bought a 1200M3D this past week. That said, it was a very fine table and I have ZERO complaints. It is, however a basic table. It has no anti-skate feature. You cannot remove the cartridge with the twist of a locking collar, like 95% of all other tables. The clear plastic lid feels very cheap. It does serve it's purpose and sounds decent. I bought mine B stock slightly demo used, and at a significant price reduction. I'm not sure I'd pay nearly $500 for one. There are too many classic used and choice tables at that price that are so much better, like the 1200 I just bought.
