Warfdale Linton's vs Super Linton's

Have been looking at the Linton Heritage model for about a year now. They run around $1700.00 US with stands. I just saw where Warfdale came out with a Super Linton's which they claim has more bass response. These run about $1000.00 more than the Linton's. Looking at the specs I cannot see that much difference. Is the thousand dollar difference worth it?

Love my Linton's. I'd like to hear the Supers at some point. The crossover and cabinet upgrade might be worth the money.
 
If you haven't already, you should check out Erin's Audio Corner's YouTube reviews the of the two. He has a lot of measurements etc so it's not just assumptions. Spoiler, the Super's has a faster bass rolloff so that they can be placed closer to a rear wall and are bit more resolving from my understanding. Anyway....

Among other improvements, the Super Linton includes upgraded caps, inductors, and resistors, and they've split the crossover boards into two separate boards. They also made some upgrades to the cabinet. Those improvements should improve clarity, and reduce box resonance....how much different it sounds will depend on several other variables, but I do it see that as a nice step in the right direction.
