I wish I could have a brew. BUT I want my liver and kidney function to be at top performance. I have motivation: if the medication I'm taking doesn't continue to work I'm probably dead. So I'm able to get past this desire to drink with ease

Happy Sunday afternoon AK family and friends. I don't know when I'll be on next in the next few days. I want to say that I'm honored to have hung around in 2023 with such a good group of people who cared, showed and demonstrated compassion, and shared their passion of music with all of us. I wish a heartfelt Merry Christmas to all of you and your loved ones. It certainly was a learning experience filled with fun.

In keeping with this, I'm listening to the coolest ever Christmas album (regardless of what format its on) ever!!
