yea, I was getting 503's and then it had to make sure I was not a robotWoah, major AK hiccups…
My wife decided to make fried ice cream years ago. I worked at Burger King in high school and we used to stand back and throw ice in the fryers, so I stayed 2 rooms away while she lowered the ice cream balls covered in corn flakes into the hot oilYooooo sorta non sequitur but anyone remember the restaurant chain, Chi-Chi’s?
First place I ever tried fried ice cream…still think about how ridiculous that concept is and what’s crazier is that it works and is delicious

Apple Music said:By the mid-'80s, the pop music world had caught up to Bryan Ferry’s '70s innovations. But while new wave attempted to accomplish what Ferry had already perfected, the man himself swooped in to give the youngsters a lesson in class and decorum. Boys and Girls blends several of the era’s most popular genres: adult contemporary, light R&B, and synth-pop. But instead of sounding crass and commercialized, songs like “Sensation,” “Don’t Stop the Dance," and “Windswept” are graceful and moody. The album’s depth comes in part from its skilled band; Ferry was backed by Pink Floyd guitarist Dave Gilmour and the rhythm section from Dire Straits (Guy Fletcher, Omar Hakim). There are echoes of Chic’s refined disco and the post-fusion jazz of Weather Report, but the album's soul comes from Ferry himself. Melancholy pervades the songs like a deep mist, as Ferry’s wobbly croon ties the melodies together like a voice in the night. “Slave to Love” became one of his biggest hits, and with good reason. Its blend of the ethereal and the licentious exemplifies Ferry's aesthetic philosophy.
Apparently we had Chi Chi's in Canada in the 80's and 90's. Primarily in Ontario where I live. I don't recall ever seeing one.Yooooo sorta non sequitur but anyone remember the restaurant chain, Chi-Chi’s?

It was a smash hit!
Make sure you go into the Spotify options and enable lossless playback (CD quality or better). Not sure what device you’re streaming thru but it hopefully is capable. So, I finally added streaming to my main rig. I picked up a well cared for bluesound node2i from BT and just for a trial run I took a three month free trial at Spotify. That and the XM app on my iPad were my only available media to test tun the set up.
All went well, eazzy peazzy.
Brand new subscription to Spotify and had to choose something be first, that would also help me evaluate if streaming is for me. Mostly play records or CD if busy.
With no further delay I am happy to say the very first Spotify bit of streamed music ever played over my system (by me) was:
