A bit better Lou, thanks... I have no problem falling asleep, just the pain builds up while I sleep, eventually waking me up. I usually have a hard time walking after I wake up... I find, short of indulging in my smoke or gummies, that Robaxacet works pretty good, cause obviously I can't indulge till after work. How are you doing? Looking like a beautiful day here!

I'm well, thanks. Got up at 5 and took my time getting going. Watered the orchids, made a cup of coffee, and put on the Sennheisers. I don't have much planned today. I may paint the luggage rack for the car today. The appliance epoxy I'm using takes a full 7 days to cure, and I'm gonna be out of town all next week, so that should work out well. Packing up the bike on Monday and leaving Tuesday morning for a rally in Arkansas. I'll be there till Sunday morning.

How's your weekend rolling out? I had a very productive day yesterday which includes my favourite part, swapping out the AVR in the bedroom system. I went from a Yamaha RX-V1075 to a Yamaha RX-A1060 with network connectivity, better bass management and room correction facilities. It took me 45 minutes to do the swap but almost 3 hours to program/configure it the way I want it.

I went for my walk this morning and got the main bathroom and bedrooms ready for my brothers and sister that are coming up starting Wednesday. I was listening to to this during the housework.




Now listening to this during the catch up.
