What Pioneer Products Used the 1002a IC chip?

I understand that a number of Pioneer's inexpensive consumer audio products, (ie, cheap boomboxes units) used the PA1002a chip. Does anyone know specifically which models or other specific inexpensive products they made have the chip? I am trying to complete a repair of a 1280sx and need to replace the chip in order to get the FM up and going. Thanks in advance.

The PA1002A was used in the pioneer SX-980, SX1080, SX-1280, and SX-1980. It was also used in some Pioneer FM tuners like TX-7800. There is an exact equivalent IC that Harmon Kardon used, It was the KB4438. Both of the IC's are very rare.

I'm aware that the higher end Pioneers have the chip and that there is a workaround but I've read that their ( & other no name mfr's as well) cheap boomboxes used the chip. I'm looking for specific lower end models that also used it.
