Where can I get Rotel 414 VU Meter Bulbs

Where can I get Rotel 414 VU Meter Bulbs? They resemble a glass fuse but supply the illumination for the VU meters. Does someone still supply them? Last one I got was from a broken amp and Maplins cannot get them

VU Meter of Rotel 414 Amplifier

Hi, I am not sure if I am posting this question in an appropriate spot but my question is one of the two VU Meters of my Rotel 414 integrated amplifier, is responding very slow. The needle of the VU Meter moves/ flicks very less whereas the other needle of meter responds fully. Please let me know what could be the reason.
