Where to find a grounding cable for a Sony Sony PS-LX500 Turntable?

I bought a used Sony PS-LX500 Turntable that's in pretty good condition, but the only issue is that it was missing the grounding cable. With that said, where can I find a replacement cable that will work with this turntable??

If that isn't an option, is there a way to "Jerry Rig" a wire to work with this turntable?

You can use pretty much any piece of shielded wire as a grounding cable on pretty much any TT. Doesn't have to be large gauge or anything particulary special, it's up to you if you want to put a spade connector on the end, or just use the bare wire to attach to your grounding lug.

That model doesn't have a grounding wire, I think. Try it without and if that doesn't work reverse the ac cable polarity.
