Yahoo Just Trashed Big hits of 80s playlist

Yahoo USED to have the best selection of most of 80s music videos in good def. in one place "Big hits of the 80s" . A few hundred of the most popular 80s video, no need to search to find cool retro videos to relive youth. Most genres covered a little to make great experience.

Recently got newer laptop. Found greatly yahoo shortened playlist of ONLY 30 Videos!! How the heck can only 30 videos represent a decade. The old forum had a great selection . The new Big Hits of the 80s has newer groups on top in banner form w/ retro video thumbnails below. What a corporate puked out-- SELL OUT. Big Hits of 80s IS TRASH now!! If I wanted to look up a newer artist, I would do a search for them.:thumbsdn::tears:

I'll make sure NOT to buy music from Yahoo music. I would of more likely looked at more music videos on Yahoo from other artists when my old favorite retro playlist existed.

Sometimes you need a marketing tool besides one made for teeny boppers into todays top 40. I'm sure old playlist sold a lot of 80s music.

I didn't even know of such a thing. I'm a big 80's fan (was a little kid during the 80's) and it sounds like I missed out!

I guess try YouTube to find a lot of 80's vids? I frequently preview new-to-me 80's artists/bands (that I see mentioned on various sites/blogs) via the videos on YouTube to see if I want to find and order the cd's from them or not.
