Yamaha A-960II and high impedance headphones - questions

Hi guys, so I'm in a blind here. The manual says that headphones output is 82mV at 8 ohms and 7.64V at 100 ohms and nothing more but most headphones have rated power stated as mW not mV - so how do I understand this? Can someone help me a bit?

So far I've driven low impedance headphones on this amp (vintage Pioneer headphones from what I remember and they had like 8 ohms if I remember right!), 32 ohm headphones, 40 ohm headphones and 80 ohm headphones and it did seem to drive them all well. But right now I have my eyes on 150 ohm headphones and I started to wonder if it will be okay to use them with this amp.

Thanks in advance for replies!

150Ω headphones would be easier on the headphone amplifier to drive than 100Ω

150Ω would run cooler at 389mw
