Yamaha CR 1040 receiver V CA 810 integrated

Yamaha CR 1040 receiver V CA 810 integrated. Would there be a reason to pick one over the other from a sound perspective?? I know the CR 1040 is 80 w/ch verses 65 ( not enough to matter) and it has the hard to find outputs. I also think it looks better then the integrated but?? Thanks

Not hard to find outputs. The CR-1040 has unobtanium pre-driver STK's.
