A newbie that has a issue. Receiver stopped playing opened it up and found resister # R7-19 burnt. It is in protection mode and would appreciate any help.

That's a pity. It means that both the "power pack" (one of the 10-pin devices on heat sink) and at least one emitter resistor (large-ish white rectangular parts near the power pack) have failed. So at a minimum you need to replace the power pack and both of the emitter resistors for one channel. Unfortunately, the damage to R719 means that a pre-driver (one of the 15-pin stand-up devices) has most likely been damaged as well, and pre-drivers are problematic with respect to getting a proper replacement.

Let me stop there for now, since I don't know if you will be interested in getting it fixed or if you reckon you can DIY.
