Yamaha Soavo-1 - can't find anything?

Hey! I spotted a pair of Yamaha Soavo-1's for sale near me recently but because they don't seem to come up all that often, I have no idea how to gauge their value or fair pricing. I can't find any completed sales on eBay or any of the other audio-specific places I would normally check. Can anyone suggest anything helpful for me?

It was reviews like that one that got me interested in the speakers - sounds like they'd be excellent - but value-wise I feel like mostly I'm finding original msrp rather than what anyone has paid in the last couple of years. That's what I'm having trouble with.

MSRP: $ 1799.99/ea so they likely retailed at about $3k /pair. I would think 25% of that ($750) would be a reasonable starting point for 14 year old speakers. Not new enough to retain tons of value but not old enough to be collectible either.

Of course that is assuming excellent condition.
