Yamaha SPS-500 speakerfeet - how rare?

Hey, as some of you know I recently got my hands on a pair of NS-1000M's, and since then I have been trying to find appropriate feet for them.

"Yamaha B-2" posted a pic a few years back of feet for the Yammies, so my quest started there. After some googling I found Audio-heritage.jp/ and in their Yamaha/misc section I found the feet! Now I (desperately) want a pair of SPS-500!

Where these only sold in Japan? I can't seem to find any that have been sold on the bay, only on Yahoo! Auctions Japan.

How rare are these babies? And has anyone experience buying from Yahoo! Auctions Japan and how high shipping costs usually are?
