Yaqin...

...makes some pretty bad ass amps! Ive noticed that theyve gained quite the following over the past year. M. Jarve turned me on to the MC-10L, which Im still currently enjoying. When I first purchased mine, I couldnt hardly find any info about it, and now Im starting to see plenty of Yaqin owners here as well as other forums. Mind you, I havent heard many other tube amps, but it Im definitely loving what Im hearing. :music:

I have the Yaqin MS-12B phono preamp and am very pleased with it. Not a lot of discussion of the forums, but of what I found, it seems that many people are very pleased with their Yaqins. Great value also. I don't think that I read anything negative about them, at least not from people who actually owned them. A few who have never owned them seem to put them down just because they are made in China.:bs:

I, too, have the MS-12B...

...and it's excellent! I put vintage tubes in it and use it in my mastering lab. I also have a Chinese-made Music Angel preamp; it's good as well.

Looking forward to making a contribution to this thread next week when my
Yaqin MC-100B arrives (my first foray into tubes)

I have "heard" tube amps before, but never in my room, with my speakers, on my sources.

I own three units from Yaqin, a 100B, VK-2100 and a MS-11B phono pre,

China is going through an economic transformation similar to the economic growth we enjoyed here in the 1950s and Japan experienced in the 60s and 70s...the fact that they have realized there is a niche market for tube amps in both Europe and the US is evidence of their sophistication.....the quality of the their products will improve with time...I own a Jolida and am seriously thinking about a Yaquin next year...

Im thinking about getting another Yaqin, possibly a 300B to run with my Fortes. Once that happens, Ill relegate my MC-10L to Advent duty :).

I have an Yaqin 300b, and I absolutely love it. It's incredibly well made. And maybe it's tube "burn in," but it just seems to be getting better and better. I'm thinking about getting the VK-2100 too.

I too am on the Yaqin/Markhill bandwagon. My Markhill MC-10L has a very wonderfull airy soundstage. I also own a Jolida 302b and a EL34 based Music Angel. The Yaqin/Markhill seems to have more realistic imaging.
