You should be able to find all of those.

uf = mf = microfarads.

The voltage rating is not so important as long as you don't go BELOW the original. The Dayton metallized poly caps are 250V which would replace these just fine.

I just recapped some speakers with a 16 uf cap and I used 2x 8.2 uf Daytons in parallel. They were actually a bit below their rating so my meter showed them at 16.2 and 16.3 for the two pairs. That error is probably way under what the precision was on the original caps anyway.
