OK those look like gen 2 horns with the best plastic in them. What led you to think they needed stiffening?

See the other picture. I'm going to mount 15" woofers to the other sides. I wanted both stiffening and something to screw the woofer mounting pads to instead of tapping directly into the horn. Google K402 MEH to find Chris' (Cask05) extensive thread elsewhere.

I guess I don't understand how audiokarma forum works yet. Are you commenting on my image posted in the DIY section or on the Klipsch Modifications thread where I linked them. It seems maybe the first since you didn't see that I wrote in the thread that yes in fact I am following Chris' MEH mod
