If you took all screws out, it is prolly factory glued at the bottom. I would strongly suggest you wait for someoneto chime in, that took one of these apart before. How different is the 86 than the 88? If it is built the same physically, there are a few AK'ers that have the 88's and serviced them.

Yes. Thanks. I am waiting for someone to chime in. In the meantime I checked out the 88 and it seems like it has a completely different construction. No closed box power supply there.
