Yep, My first GTO and my favorite body style of any car produced ever.... I had a 1968 convertible. I had to sell it @ 11 years ago when I moved from FL to IL. I bought a 2004 GTO new off the lot a few years later. I was looking for another 68' droptop and the prices had gone through the roof. (I paid $3000 for mine, rough shape but visually nice in 1997, I could have bought a ground up restoration for $17,000. In 2004 the 68' cons in OK shape, somewhere between mine and a full frame up resto were selling for @ $28,000. So I test drove a sparkly new 2004. Ended up driving it home.
