Answering a couple of specific questions above.

@N0rt0n - not sure of the restaurant you mentioned, but we did walk up to the Opera House. We ate at Louie's Prime Steak House, the Powerhouse Eatery, and MYST. MYST has a delicious Thai red curry that I had last year as well.

@TomD62 and @gadget73 - we didn't ride the train this year, but we did last year when we got engaged. It was nice train ride. Maybe we'll visit Jim Thorpe every year around this time?
