    I have the exact same problem as Junglimonito in the previous post. AVR 2113 E2 (Europe) with messages GUI VER. ERROR, Packet: 0000, and ▲GUI: FFFFFFFF.

    I have an AVR 2113 E2 whith the firmware damaged and the network connection is not working. I'm not sure if the USB connection works properly.
    The messages GUI VER. ERROR, Packet: 0000, and ▲GUI: FFFFFFFF appear on the screen.

    Could you please send me the firmware for USB and/or RS232 and the tool to upload it via RS232?

    Good evening. I hope you can help or give a hint. Denon AVR-X1000-IC832 dump required H27U1G8F2B is NAND which is connected to MCU IC831 CVIDM860A. or DFW_0063_AVRX1000_1010_E300(Rev.2.1.8).exe utility with appropriate firmware.bin. Thanks in advance for any reply.

    I sent this some time ago and never received a repose
    I have 2 Denon avr's that are locked due to updates. Can I please get a copy of the utility and possibly the firmwares for them (Denon's update page is not working to even download an update for usb updating)?     Hello, I don’t suppose you have a network firmware for the AVR-1713, or know where I might obtain a copy? I have managed to get my unit out of the update loop, but still have no network connectivity

    I read the posts how to download firmware to denon and marantz.
    I have a denon AVR 1713. Full functional but no usb and network. So its the dm680.
    Will connect rs232 directly to it and follow the procedure.

    Do you have dfw for this receiver?
    According service manual its
    DFW_0057_AVR1713_1723_1613

    when not an SBL and BIN for the dm680 of an xx13 model?

    Hello friend. I'm from Brazil anda I have a Marantz SR7007. Something happened and the receiver lost its firmware settings. From my research I learned that it is the same model as the DENON AVR-3313. I wonder if you could help me by sending the firmware. Thanks!

    Hi dimanag, i have an Australian AVR2313 with no HDMI output. on one test screen ive observed **firmware mismatch** do you happen to have either the software for programming or the usb firmware?
